Pansoft Received "Excellent Solution Provider for the Oil Industry" Award as Pansoft CEO Is Named "Outstanding Entrepreneur" by CSIA(Sep 24, 2009)

WESTPORT, CT--(Marketwire - September 24, 2009) - Pansoft Company Limited (NASDAQ: PSOF) today
announced that both the company and its CEO received awards at the 25th
Anniversary Celebration of China Software Industry Association(CSIA) on
September 19, 2009, in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. During the 2009
China (Nanhai) Software and Service Outsourcing Summit, Pansoft received
the "Excellent Solution Provider for the Oil Industry." Mr. Guoqiang Lin,
CEO of Pansoft, was recognized as the "Outstanding Entrepreneur" of the
software industry. The event was hosted by CSIA, Guangdong High-Tech Service Zone for Financial Institutions
and Nanhai Economic Development Zone.
Attending the award ceremony and celebration were many key government
officials. Prominent among them were Mr. Guo Jianbing, Mr. Zhang Qi, Mr.
Chen Chong and Mr. Hu Kunshan. Mr. Guo Jianbing is the Deputy Director of
the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Software Service. Mr.
Zhang Qi serves as Deputy Director of the Ministry of Industry and
Information for Electronic Technology Science and Technology as well as
Chairman of China Information Industry Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Chen Chong
is the President of CSIA and Mr. Hu
Kunshan is the Vice Chairman and Secretary General for CSIA. There were also more than 400 international delegates
representing pertinent software and service outsourcing enterprises, major
industry users, venture capital funds, education and training institutions,
industry associations, and well-known media participating in the Summit and
celebration.
CSIA recognized 25 outstanding
executives and companies that have had a significant contribution in
promoting the development of China's software industry over the past 25
years. A series of surveys were conducted in June 2009 and the awards were
finalized in September. Through the careful selection, Pansoft (Jinan)
Company Limited received the "Excellent Solution Provider for the Oil
Industry" award and Mr. Guoqiang Lin, CEO of the company, received the
"Outstanding Entrepreneur" title.
At the award ceremony, Mr. Lin said, "Pansoft is committed to bringing the
